My name is Monte and, along with my wife Mickey, we led a photography workshop trip to Poland between June 23 and July 8, 2005. The purpose of this letter is to tell you how totally pleased we were with our guide, Monika Prylinska. In fact, I've been conducting photography workshops throughout the world for 15 years and I would rank Monika as the best guide I have ever had. She was very personable, very knowledgeable and went out of her way to satisfy our entire group. Monika was most helpful in making our trip to Poland (first visit for any of us) enjoyable and memorable. Poland is a very beautiful country and we all took home a very favorable impression, thanks in great part to Monika. On a return visit, I would definitely request her as a guide.

Having never previously visited Poland my expectations were tentative and somewhat speculative. As it turned out our entire group was extremely impressed with a beautiful countryside, cities, and especially the people. One person in particular is a very bright, dedicated, professional and talented young woman by the name of Monika Prylinska. The trip was excellent and we all had a great time. Our guide Monika Prylinska was excellent and she was always trying to accommodate our wishes as we changed some parts of our itinerary. She graciously tried to please us. Our biggest problem was not sticking to a set menu in the dinner restaurants as we wanted to choose our own menu choices. Monika would always contact the restaurant and they had not problem with that except a couple that could not be changed and that was fine.

I am remiss in not thanking you last week for the wonderful experience in having you guide us through Cracow. The variety of what we did between Friday and Saturday and Sunday was really excellent. By the way, the driver Andrej was very skilled and because of this we felt comfortable and relaxed on our excursions to Zakopane and Auschwitz/Birkenau. Please give him our compliments. Also, Ted was very friendly and helpful and made sure to get us to and from the concentration camps in to the airport comfortably on time.
